Will Stick 'n Step match the color of my stairs?
Yes, Stick 'n Step comes in 4 colors; 1) black, 2) gray, 3) natural and 4) yellow. One of these 4 colors will match almost every stair.

Will Stick 'n Step fit on my stairs?
Yes, Stick 'n Step comes in 2 different sizes. They are 1) standard 2 3/4" x 14"
and 2) large 4" x 16".

Can Stick 'n Step be used for both indoor and outdoor steps?
Yes,  Stick ‘n Step can be used for both indoor and outdoor steps. Stick ‘n Step is a heavy duty and durable tread that can be applied on many surfaces including wood, metal, fiberglass and concrete. Remember, Stick 'n Step is a heavy duty product with a rough texture. While you can use Stick 'n Step on many surfaces, it is not recommended for bare feet.

Is Stick 'n Step easy to apply?
Yes, all you have to do is peel and stick. We also recommend that you clean the area where Stick ‘n Step is going to be applied to ensure a secure bond.

Are there detailed instructions in the package?
Stick 'n Step is easy to use, so you will not need detailed instructions. There are instructions on the package but not detailed instructions because they are not needed.

How do you remove Stick 'n Step?
Stick 'n Step is not easily removed once it is bonded. The adhesive used in each and every Stick 'n Step is durable, strong and industrial. Stick 'n Step is meant to last once it is applied to a surface

If you do need to remove Stick 'n Step, the suggested removal procedure is:
Using a putty knife, insert it under the edge of the Stick 'n Step tread, and pry upwards to lift the edge. Continue around all edges of the tread. Next, use a pair of pliers to grasp the open edge and pull (at a 180 degree angle) back over the tread. Lastly, use a citrus based industrial chemical cleaner to soften any adhesive which may remain on the surface. We recommend that you wear protective gloves while removing Stick 'n Step.


Is the Stick 'n Step site secure?

Yes.  Stick 'n Step only accepts orders from browsers that communicate through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which provides a secure environment for up to 128-bit key length encryption when transmitting your information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption scrambles your personal and credit card information as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process. This encryption makes it impossible for anyone to read your information in transit. Also, no personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by e-mail.


How long will it take Stick ‘n Step to arrive?
Your order will be processed and shipped from our centrally located facility within 24 - 48 hours. Your order is shipped by Fed Ex. You will receive your Stick 'n Step order within 3-5 business days.

Is the shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on Stick 'n Step when you place an order of $25.00 or more.

Where will you ship Stick 'n Step?
Currently, Stick 'n Step is only available in the Continental US. We will only ship Stick 'n Step to the Continental 48 states.

What if I am not happy with Stick 'n Step?
We don’t think this will happen but if you are unhappy you can return Stick 'n Step within 30 days and get a full refund.

To return your product, simply contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-654-8454 to request your Return Authorization number and product return instructions. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense.

To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your returns via Fed Ex, UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
